Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant, room service, and lounge operations at our Kansas City property. You will greet guests, supervise staff, ensure high standards, and maintain smooth service across all F&B outlets.

Hospitality leadership is essential; duties include scheduling, enforcing brand standards, coordinating with management, and driving guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of food outlet operations including services and guest interaction.
• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations for serving alcohol.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the food and beverage service to meet high standards as defined by the hotel and Hilton brand standards.
• Control the flow of customers and the interaction between front- and back-of-house during service.
• Ensure staff maximize sales opportunities and maintain brand standards and guest service quality.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and inventory controls to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Manager/FB Director on hiring, training, and staff discipline.
