Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 115 (First Shift). This on-site role requires ensuring a safe, clean and stocked foodservice area, and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

You will train associates, manage food safety procedures, and support daily store operations from 4am to 12pm, five days a week. Responsibilities include food prep, temperature logging, inventory control, POS Operations, and ensuring accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across all touchpoints.
• Handle dipside beverages and ice cream prep with accuracy.
• Operate POS, manage cash, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, inviting foodservice areas.
• Monitor safety, temperature logs and store cleanliness.
• Assist with training teammates on SOPs and programs.
• Follow all Food Safety standards and regulatory requirements.
