Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 182. The role covers the Food Lead duties, ensuring a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area and delivering the UDF Hi Five Guest Experience.

The position includes supervising staff, training on foodservice programs and SOPs, and working an early shift Monday through Saturday, 4am–12pm, with a five-day workweek. On-site, full-time employment with compliance to all policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the foodservice area to ensure safe, clean, and stocked conditions in the store.
• Provide outstanding guest service following the Hi Five Guest Experience steps: Invited, Welcomed, Well-Served, Respected, Fulfilled.
• Train and supervise associates on foodservice programs, SOPs, and program changes to maintain compliance.
• Monitor temperatures, dating, and food safety practices; manage ordering to prevent stockouts.
• Maintain cleanliness of all foodservice areas and equipment; document records as required.
• Operate POS and handle transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support store responsibilities including greeting guests, stocking, and maintaining overall store appearance.
