Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, OH is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 612 (First Shift, Mon-Sat 4am-12pm, 5 day workweek). The role focuses on safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.

You will ensure proper foodservice programs, equipment handling, SOP adherence, and staff training while maintaining compliance with food safety. This on-site position supports early-morning operations.

Qualifications

• The Food Lead is responsible for the safe, clean and stocked foodservice area in the United Dairy Farmers store.
• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco where applicable.
• Ability to train and supervise other associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Turn on equipment, stock per guide, ensure correct dating and food safety.
• Maintain temperature logs for foodservice areas and ensure product availability Monday–Friday 5AM–12PM.
• Order and stock foodservice supplies to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas following SOPs.
• Provide excellent Guest service following the Hi Five experience.
