Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 138, First Shift (Mon-Sat 4am-12pm). This on-site, full-time role pays $13.50–$15.25 per hour and requires dedication to safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas and exceptional guest service.

You will ensure food safety, manage foodservice programs, train staff on SOPs, and uphold The Hi Five Guest Experience across shifts while maintaining store standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified under state laws.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience: Invited, Welcomed, Well-Served, Respected, Fulfilled.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness of all foodservice areas.
• Maintain proper food handling dates and rotate stock per SOPs.
