Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 187, First Shift (Mon-Sat 4am-12pm). You will oversee a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.

The role requires knowledge of foodservice programs, equipment operation, and the ability to train staff. Responsibilities include managing food safety, ordering, and maintaining proper temperatures and cleanliness across all foodservice zones, while ensuring

Qualifications

Food lead must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.
Experience with foodservice programs, product offering, equipment and SOPs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute safe, clean and stocked foodservice area per SOPs and guidelines.
Provide Hi Five Guest Experience: Invited, Welcomed, Well-Served, Respected, Fulfilled.
Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs during shifts.
Prepare and maintain foodservice area daily, including inventory, temperature logs and cleanliness.
Handle POS transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of foodservice and store areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol, and tobacco regulations.
