Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 145, First Shift (Mon-Sat, 4am-12pm). This role oversees foodservice area operations, ensures safety and cleanliness, and delivers the Hi Five Guest Experience.

You will train staff and manage stock, equipment, and transactions. Responsibilities include preparing food, maintaining logs, stocking, and coordinating with management on orders and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 4am-12pm shifts with a 5-day workweek
• Must be able to operate store equipment and perform food prep
• Must be able to obtain Food Safety certification as required by state laws

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and friendly customer service
• Prepare and stock foodservice items and maintain cleanliness of food areas
• Operate the POS system and manage cash, coupons and transactions
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure food safety for all items
• Assist with ordering and inventory to prevent shortages and waste
• Support training of teammates on foodservice programs and SOPs
