Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 148 on the first shift (Mon-Sat 4am-12pm). The role oversees safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas, trains staff, and ensures adherence to SOPs and state regulations. Must be able to lift and work early mornings in a fast-paced environment.

The Lead will manage foodservice operations, support guest experiences through The Hi Five approach, and ensure proper inventory, date labeling, and safe food handling.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Able to obtain Food Safety certification as required by UDF and state regulations.
• Able to operate POS and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move items as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill and HTG equipment, date products correctly.
• Prepare fresh condiments with proper dating.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Order foodservice supplies to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Maintain cleanliness of all foodservice and store areas per SOPs.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Support the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
