Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 663 (First Shift, Mon-Sat, 4am-12pm). You will ensure safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas, supervise the food program, and support guest experience with the Hi Five framework.

The role requires knowledge of foodservice operations, ability to train others on SOPs, and compliance with alcohol/tobacco sale regulations. On-site, full-time, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or foodservice setting.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures and state food safety requirements.
• Clear, professional English communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience: greet guests, assist, and ensure satisfaction.
• Operate POS and manage transactions accurately, including gas sales, coupons and payments.
• Stock, date, and maintain foodservice areas; monitor temperatures and freshness.
• Train and support associates on foodservice programs and SOPs during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice zones per SOPs.
