Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 180, First Shift (Mon-Sat 4am-12pm). This on-site role in Cincinnati covers foodservice leadership, guest experience, and daily store operations, including supervising food preparation and safety procedures.

The position requires ensuring food safety, inventory, and customer service excellence, with a 5-day workweek and a pay range of $13.50-$15.25 per hour. Join a team focused on Hi Five guest experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• Must speak, hear and understand English well for customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe.
• Prepares fresh condiments for use utilizing correct foodservice dating procedures.
• Turn on HTG Oven & HTG Warmer, prepare sandwiches per Production Guide & SOPs, and place on warmer ensuring correct expiration times on all products.
• Maintains temperature logs for all foodservice areas, including Dipside.
• Maintains organization & cleanliness of all foodservice areas of the store following cleaning SOPs.
