Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Food Lead to manage a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area within our Columbus store. You’ll execute foodservice programs, supervise associates, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsibilities include preparing sandwiches, condiments, maintaining temperature logs, ordering supplies, and training staff to execute foodservice programs during shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Food safety certification as required by state regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment and cash register.
