Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food Lead to manage a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area in a Cincinnati store. The role supports foodservice programs, equipment, pricing, and SOPs while helping other associates share knowledge to grow sales.

The position emphasizes the Hi Five Guest Experience, proper safety and ethics, and compliance with all laws and policies. Candidates must meet minimum English and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to state food safety regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to tolerate temperatures as low as –30°F for at least 2 minutes.
• Ability to lift at least 21 pounds and handle merchandise as described.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure products are dated and food safe.
• Maintain temperature logs for foodservice areas and keep product availability.
• Ensure ordering of Foodservice Supplies to prevent stockouts and assist with training.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and maintain cleanliness of all foodservice areas.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately; assist guests as needed.
