Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Food Lead to oversee a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area. You will apply knowledge of foodservice programs, products, equipment, and SOPs while guiding other associates to grow foodservice sales.

In addition to food lead duties, you will deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, train staff, and manage daily operations from 4am to 12pm, five days a week, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF/state food safety regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and foodservice appliances.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure correct dating and food safety.
• Prepares fresh condiments following correct dating procedures.
• Turn on HTG Oven & HTG Warmer, prepare sandwiches per SOPs and place on warmer with correct expiration times.
• Maintains temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice products are stocked Mon-Fri, 5AM-12PM.
• Assist guests and provide The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
