Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to oversee the foodservice area of a UDF store in Cincinnati. This role ensures safe, clean, and stocked operations while supporting other associates in program adherence and sales growth.

You will manage production, dating, temperature logs, ordering, and training, while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience and maintaining compliance with laws, SOPs, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Food safety certification per state requirements.
• Ability to operate store equipment and foodservice appliances.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, date and ensure food safety.
• Prepare condiments and assemble products with correct dating and expiry times.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice products are stocked and available Monday–Friday, 5AM–12PM.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
