Job summary

Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert in Wesley Chapel, FL. You will help guests, keep shelves stocked, and ensure accurate pricing while upholding Target’s food safety standards. You’ll work with a fast-paced team to create a welcoming, guest-first shopping experience across Food & Beverage areas.

The role requires 18+ age, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to lift up to 44 pounds. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft, assisting with finding items, and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support peers as needed.
• Deliver on Food & Beverage standards, including deliveries, replenishment, signing and organizing, and ensuring food safety compliance.
