• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with purchases.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, smile, eye contact, and offer help.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you and provide friendly service.
