Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

• Greet guests and help them find what they need to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, prioritizing the guest’s needs over tasks
• Uphold the Food & Beverage Standards and processes including replenishment and signing
• Follow all safety requirements and use equipment properly
• Work with vendors to set up displays and maintain backroom organization
