Job summary

Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert to assist guests and support team members in a fast-paced store environment. The role emphasizes guest service, product freshness, and safety compliance while maintaining friendly, helpful interactions.

You will work with a dynamic team to greet guests, locate products, resolve issues, and process transactions efficiently. Training is provided and hours may vary, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet, help guests find what they need, and end every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task and upholding Food & Beverage standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, signing and organizing products, and safe handling.
