This role emphasizes safety, product knowledge, and a collaborative team approach. The position requires 18+ years of age, customer-service focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet guests at various distances.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you and assist peers as needed.
• Maintain Food & Beverage standards and safety practices.
• Support backroom organization, signage, and merchandising as required.
