Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED preferred.
• Must possess and maintain valid NM Alcohol Servers Certification.
• Must possess and maintain Indian Health Services Food Handler’s Certification.
• Must acquire POIGRA Alcohol Server License.
• Must obtain Gaming License POIGRA.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and close snack bar areas including food preparation and dining service.
• Promote World Class Guest Service to guests and employees.
• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments through POS.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of all food service areas.
• Train team members in venue procedures and food preparation.
