Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Associate to greet guests, check-in/check-out, and resolve inquiries with world-class service. You will handle cash, balance shift banks, and assist with resort services while maintaining knowledge of all hotel offerings and promotions.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED and cash handling experience; 2+ years in front desk roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, preferred.
• Three (3) months cash handling experience, required.
• Two (2) years Front Desk Clerk, Front Desk/Reservations Lead, or Reservationists experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Interacts with guests with a friendly demeanor and maintains guest relations.
• Assists guests with resort services, events, directions, and local attractions.
• Accurately handles cash and charges and balances shift banks.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel features, hours, room types, rates, and promotions.
