Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino is seeking an Off-site Attendant responsible for counter service and cooking at our snack bars. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, handling cash transactions, and delivering World Class Guest Service to guests and staff while upholding company standards.

Role includes working with a team, following safety and sanitation protocols, and ensuring accurate reporting of sales and tips.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Indian Health Services Food Handler’s Certification.
• Minimum 2 years in cash handling or food service and some table service experience preferred.
• Must acquire POIGRA Alcohol Server License within thirty days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter service and cooking at off-site snack bars and maintain cleanliness of food and beverage operation.
• Promote World Class Guest Service to Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
• Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate cash balances.
• Operate cash register and POS to record sales and tips; reconcile daily totals.
