Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and ensure guests have a positive gaming experience. You will maintain a clean beverage service area, stock supplies, and assist with bartender duties as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of bar backing experience. You must be able to obtain a POIGRA Alcohol Server License and pass background checks. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED (equivalent) preferred.
• One (1) year bar backing experience required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain POIGRA Alcohol Server License.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bar area supplies and support to bartender.
• Ensure clean and attractive beverage service area.
• Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Perform bartender duties in absence of a bartender for a limited time.
• Follow sanitation and safety rules for food service.
