Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino is seeking an entry-level EDR Attendant to perform a variety of dining room tasks, keeping counters stocked and clean, and supporting kitchen staff as needed.

You will help with bussing, stocking, and maintaining sanitary areas while delivering World Class Guest Service to employees and guests. Eligibility includes a high school diploma or GED and a valid food handler certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 months cash handling experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Indian Health Services Food Handler’s Certification, required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.
• Must be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive dry foods from storeroom/kitchen and store properly.
• Maintain beverage and foodservice counters, keeping items stocked and clean.
• Assist team members and kitchen staff as needed.
• Keep dining area clean and organized at all times.
• Handle cash transactions when necessary.
• Uphold Isleta Resort and Casino service standards and attend meetings.
• Occasionally perform other duties as assigned.
