You will oversee outlets, mentor staff, develop menus, control costs, comply with health regulations, and partner with event planners for catering and banquets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and spirits.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification and knowledge of local health regulations.
