POSITION PURPOSE

Provide supervision to restaurant staff to ensure effective and efficient operation of restaurant and casino beverage services, while ensuring compliance with health regulations and supporting Horseshoe St. Louis's vision and values.

Essential Functions
  1. Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop, and monitor personnel. Recommend employment actions such as wage increases, promotions, and discipline.
  2. Understand department objectives, standards, and budget; adjust schedules based on business levels.
  3. Increase revenues through menu adjustments, service improvements, and waste management.
  4. Develop and execute management plans including budgets and labor schedules.
  5. Organize operations for effective service and coordination.
  6. Create and enforce policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
  7. Maintain records and reports to meet company and business expectations.
  8. Ensure the viability and integrity of all restaurant operations.
Job Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field, and five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
