Job summary

Follett Corporation in California is seeking a coordinator to plan, coordinate, and assist Follett ACCESS course materials operations for a store. You will collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders to ensure timely availability of textbooks and digital resources, working with the Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team.

You will interface with faculty for ongoing training, collaborate with store management to handle adoptions, and ensure materials are ready by the target date while

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Bookstore operations experience preferred.
• Follett system knowledge, preferably Follett ACCESS and CourseTracks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Follett ACCESS course materials operations for a store.
• Collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team.
• Interface with faculty for training and adoptions collection.
• Ensure materials are available by the target date and deliver hassle-free customer experience.
• Manage billing and collection for Follett ACCESS accounts.
• Work with store management and publishers to resolve adoptions issues.
• Execute company programs with minimal supervision.
