Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assist with Follett ACCESS course materials operations for a store.
• Collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with the Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team and faculty.
• Ensure timely billing and collections for Follett ACCESS accounts.
• Provide a hassle-free customer experience and support store management.
