Job summary

Relativity in the United States is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive onboarding, migration, and management of FOIA data within RelativityOne for government customers.

This role blends hands-on execution with technical leadership, defining migration tooling requirements, writing specs, and guiding data mapping, validation, and cutover strategies in collaboration with engineering and TAM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/IM or related field.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated customers in technical/consulting roles.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering across structured/semi-structured data.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation; scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience as product owner or technical lead, documenting specs and driving delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; federal clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers onto RelativityOne.
• Develop migration plans: data mapping, validation, transformation logic, cutover strategies.
• Be the technical POC for FOIA agency customers through migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot migration issues with engineering and success teams.
• Lead UX and product backlog for the Data Migration Utility; write stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document tooling capabilities, configurations, and best practices.
