Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide data migration for government customers into RelativityOne. The role balances hands-on work with leadership to define tooling requirements and coordinate with engineering while engaging FOIA agencies directly.

The candidate will apply FOIA regulations, data handling policies, and FedRAMP compliance knowledge, collaborating with TAM and CS teams to create repeatable playbooks and success criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated customers.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering.
• SQL and data querying/transformation; scripting (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration projects for new FOIA customers and government agencies, ensuring data is migrated securely and efficiently.
• Develop and execute migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
