Job summary

Relativity seeks a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide end-to-end migration projects for government customers into RelativityOne. You combine hands-on data engineering with technical leadership, shaping migration tooling, plans, and stakeholder communications.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, Public Trust clearance, FedRAMP familiarity, and experience with SQL, scripting, and data formats. You’ll partner with engineering and customers to deliver secure, scalable FOIA data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated customers in a technical/consulting role.
• Experience in data migration and data engineering, including designing and executing migrations of structured and/or semi-structured data.
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migrations into RelativityOne, ensuring data is migrated accurately, securely, and efficiently.
• Develop migration plans, including data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the technical lead and product backlog driver for the Data Migration Utility and related tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering and FOIA customers to deliver guidance and resolve issues.
