Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide government data onboarding, migration, and governance for RelativityOne. You will balance hands-on work with technical leadership, shaping migration tooling and processes for FOIA agency customers.

You will collaborate with engineering, TAM, and Customer Success to ensure secure, compliant migrations, and you will engage directly with FOIA agencies to deliver tailored solutions within Relativity's FedRAMP framework.

Qualifications

• Experience with government agencies or regulated customers in technical/consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, integration, or engineering with structured/semi-structured data.
• SQL and data querying skills; familiarity with data formats and scripting languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements and delivering iteratively.
• Able to obtain Public Trust clearance; federal clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for RelativityOne.
• Develop migration plans with mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Act as technical point of contact with FOIA agency customers across the migration lifecycle.
• Document tool capabilities, migration best practices, and enablement playbooks.
