Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migrations for government agencies within RelativityOne. This role combines hands-on data work with technical leadership, shaping tooling requirements and coordinating with engineering while engaging FOIA customers to execute secure migrations. The candidate must understand FOIA workflows, data sensitivity classifications, and FedRAMP compliance.

A Public Trust clearance is required, with a U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Experience with government agencies or regulated-industry customers in a technical or consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering, including designing and executing migrations of structured and/or semi-structured data sets.
• Hands-on SQL and data querying/transformation with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements and driving delivery.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; candidates with active federal clearance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end data migration projects for new FOIA customers and government agencies.
• Develop and execute migration plans, including mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the technical contact for FOIA agency customers across migrations.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve data gaps.
• Own the Data Migration Utility, define near-term enhancements, and communicate tradeoffs.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs; validate new features.
