Job summary

Relativity is seeking an FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migrations for government customers into RelativityOne. This role combines hands-on execution with technical leadership, guiding data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies while coordinating with engineering and customer teams.

The successful candidate will manage FOIA governance, data handling standards, and security controls under FedRAMP, requiring U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Direct experience with government agencies or regulated customers in technical/consulting roles.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering with structured/semi-structured data.
• SQL proficiency and data transformation scripting (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts for government stakeholders.
• Experience as product owner/tech lead, documenting requirements and driving delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers into RelativityOne, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
• Develop and execute migration plans with mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies tailored to agency needs.
• Serve as the technical point of contact across migration lifecycle with customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot data migration issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve data anomalies.
