Job summary

Relativity seeks a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migration projects for government customers into RelativityOne. You will partner with engineering to define tooling requirements and interact directly with FOIA agencies to execute migrations.

The role requires deep FOIA governance knowledge, cloud data handling, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Remote/hybrid arrangement with enterprise-scale data security responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience with data migration, data integration, or data engineering for government data.
• Experience with SQL and data transformation tooling.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• U.S. citizen due to FedRAMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration projects for new FOIA customers and government agencies, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient migration into RelativityOne.
• Develop and execute migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies for agency-specific requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for FOIA agency customers across the migration lifecycle, from pre-migration planning through post-migration validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues and data anomalies in collaboration with engineering.
