Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end data migration initiatives for government customers within RelativityOne. The role combines hands-on execution with technical leadership to ensure accurate, secure migration and ongoing customer enablement.

You will define tooling requirements, work with engineering, and engage FOIA agencies directly to deliver tailored migration solutions while navigating FedRAMP, FIPS 140-3, and NIST frameworks. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated customers in a technical/consulting capacity.
• Data migration, data integration, or data engineering for structured/semi-structured data.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation; scripting languages listed (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead—capturing requirements and driving delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for RelativityOne customers.
• Develop and execute migration plans with mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as technical point of contact across migration lifecycle with agency customers.
• Troubleshoot data migration issues with engineering.
• Act as SME and backlog driver for Data Migration Utility; write user stories and specs.
• Document tool capabilities and migration best practices.
• Apply FOIA regulations and agency workflows to tailor migration guidance.
• Collaborate with TAM and Customer Success to onboard new FOIA customers.
• Represent government data handling requirements internally and translate to product feedback.
