Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide end-to-end migrations for government agencies into RelativityOne, balancing hands-on work with technical leadership.

The role requires FedRAMP, FIPS, and NIST familiarity; you must be a U.S. citizen and obtain Public Trust clearance. Develop migration plans, work with engineering, and enable agency customers to onboard and manage FOIA data securely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated-industry customers in a technical or consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering, including migrations of structured and/or semi-structured data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements and driving iterative delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers and agencies, ensuring data is migrated accurately and securely into RelativityOne.
• Develop and execute migration plans, including data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies tailored to agency requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for FOIA agency customers across the migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, data anomalies, and integration challenges with engineering.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
