Job summary

Relativity seeks a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migration projects for its RelativityOne Government offering. You will collaborate with engineering to design, validate, and execute data migrations for FOIA agencies, ensuring security and compliance across the lifecycle.

The role requires deep government-domain experience, tooling ownership, and clear communication with public sector stakeholders. A Public Trust clearance is required to work on the government product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated environments in a technical/consulting role.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data transformation tools (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication for government stakeholders.
• Product owner/technical lead experience, capturing requirements and guiding delivery.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for RelativityOne, ensuring secure, accurate onboarding for government customers.
• Develop and execute migration plans with mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as technical point of contact across migration lifecycle; collaborate with engineering on issues.
• Own data migration tooling requirements and backlog, balancing customer delivery with scalability.
• Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications; test and validate tool features.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Deliver migration guidance tailored to FOIA agency workflows and compliance requirements.
• Maintain FedRAMP & government data security context, recognizing high sensitivity DT1 data.
