Job summary

Relativity seeks a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide government data migrations into RelativityOne, blending hands-on engineering with technical leadership to define tooling and secure migration processes in a FedRAMP environment.

You will work with FOIA agencies, write specifications, and drive delivery while protecting sensitive data and pursuing Public Trust clearance. Familiarity with NIST, FIPS, CJIS, and government data governance is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with government agencies, public-sector organizations, or regulated customers in a technical/consulting role.
• Demonstrated experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying and transforming data; hands-on with data formats, transformation tools, scripting languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a product owner or technical lead capacity.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migrations for new government customers into RelativityOne.
• Develop and execute migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the technical point of contact across the migration lifecycle, from pre-migration planning to post-migration validation.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and data anomalies in collaboration with engineering.
• Define, document, and prioritize Data Migration tooling requirements with engineering.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications; test and validate new tooling features.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Partner with TAM and Customer Success to enable new FOIA agency customers and create repeatable playbooks.
