Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide end-to-end migration projects for government agencies in RelativityOne. The role blends hands-on data engineering with technical leadership, aligning tooling needs with engineering while engaging directly with FOIA agency customers to plan, execute, and validate migrations.

The candidate will work under FedRAMP-authorized data handling, requiring Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information management, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated-industry customers in a technical/consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering and executing migrations of structured/semi-structured data.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation; experience with Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements and driving delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation; federal clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration projects for FOIA customers and agencies, ensuring accurate, secure migrations.
• Develop migration plans with data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical contact across the migration lifecycle with agency customers.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and data anomalies in collaboration with engineering.
• Act as SME and backlog driver for the Data Migration Utility and iterate features.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Deliver tailored FOIA migration guidance and enable government customers.
• Create runbooks and knowledge base content to scale migration delivery.
• Represent government data handling needs and translate feedback into product actions.
