Job summary

Relativity seeks a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide government data migrations into RelativityOne, partnering with agency customers and engineering to deliver secure, accurate migrations.

You will lead data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies, write specs, and mentor teams while aligning with FedRAMP, FIPS, and NIST requirements. U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IM or equivalent experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated clients.
• Experience in data migration and data engineering.
• SQL and data transformation skills; scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Product owner or technical lead experience.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers and agencies.
• Develop migration plans with data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact across the migration lifecycle.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Collaborate with TAM and CS teams to onboard FOIA agency customers and establish playbooks.
