Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence LLC is seeking a JM FOIA Analyst to support a federal government client in McLean, VA. The analyst will review and respond to FOIA/PA/MDR- and ADR-related requests, ensuring privacy and classification compliance while coordinating with IC components and other government agencies.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, strong written communication, and experience in FOIA processes. Training duties and annual compliance contributions are also mentioned.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting FOIA, PA, MDR, and/or ADR case processing, including coordination and drafting correspondence.
• Demonstrated ability reviewing sensitive government records and ensuring privacy and classification compliance.
• Excellent written communication and error-free documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to FOIA/PA/MDR/ADR requests with thorough review and proper classifications.
• Coordinate with IC components and external agencies to gather records.
• Ensure deadlines, maintain case documentation, and produce signed final letters to requesters.
