Job summary

Signature Federal Systems, LLC seeks a FOIA Analyst to support an IC client onsite in Bethesda, MD. You will respond to requests under FOIA/PA/EO 13526, conduct MDR/ADR, coordinate across government entities, and ensure thorough, timely case documentation.

Strong written skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience with case management tools and IC/ODNI systems is a plus; TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Demonstrated FOIA/PA/MDR/ADR case processing experience.
• Strong ability to review sensitive government records for disclosure and classification compliance.
• Excellent written communication and error-free document production.
• Proficiency with case management tools; IC/ODNI systems a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accurate documentation of actions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to FOIA/PA requests for review and release of classified or sensitive information.
• Handle complex FOIA cases including litigation and appeals.
• Conduct MDR and ADR per EO 13526.
• Coordinate taskings and document collection across IC components and external agencies.
• Validate record search adequacy and document actions.
• Monitor case progress and meet deadlines with stakeholders.
• Prepare final response letters and close cases within three business days of approval.
• Input case status into government-provided tools.
