Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Key position in Davenport, FL to support front-of-house team members and management. You will uphold restaurant standards, coach staff, and ensure effective communication across teams to deliver consistent guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, prior restaurant experience, and a commitment to hospitality. The compensation is location-dependent, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.

Under direct supervision, the Key position supports front-of-house team members and management by maintaining restaurant standards, fostering positive Guest and team experiences, and ensuring effective internal communication. This role requires a leader with a "whatever it takes" attitude, dedicated to helping the management team, team members, and Guests achieve daily quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

• Certified in all front-of-house functions

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry
• Previously held positions of leadership
