Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is looking for a driven front-of-house leader to uphold restaurant standards, support management, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires leading pre-shift meetings, coaching staff, and coordinating with teams for quality service.

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards, participating in events and marketing activities, and ensuring readiness for service. Certification in all front-of-house functions and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
