Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house operations and management. The role emphasizes leadership, guest service and effective internal communication to ensure daily quality and consistency.

Under direct supervision, the candidate will uphold brand standards, coach staff, and participate in events, marketing, and financial activities to drive guest satisfaction and smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
