Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill in Davenport, FL seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction and manage hourly staff. You will recruit, schedule, and develop team members while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of salaried restaurant management, hands-on FOH and HOH experience, and a flexible schedule. Relocation may be required within the region; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of salaried restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on experience in both FOH and HOH.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Computer skills are a plus; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in a scratch kitchen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, aligned with brand standards.
• Actively participate in career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Develop Carrabbamicos for internal promotions and career roadmaps.
• Comply with policies, laws, and health inspections.
• Provide direction and leadership to employees to maintain standards.
• Be an active member of the management team and engage with guests to grow guest count.
• Set excellent customer service and work examples.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the full menu and preparation.
• Engage in community and market opportunities at the restaurant.
