Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Key Front-of-House leader to support management, uphold service standards, and drive guest experiences. This role requires a proactive, "whatever it takes" attitude and experience in restaurant operations.

You will supervise FOH functions, lead pre-opening checks, coach staff, manage guest issues, and participate in events, marketing, training, and quality control to ensure daily consistency and growth.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in the restaurant industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
