ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking an FOH Supervisor to drive customer service, oversee micro kitchen operations, and ensure food safety compliance during 3:00 pm–11:00 pm shifts.

Reporting to the Food Service Manager, you will lead a team, schedule staff, handle customer needs, and participate in training programs to maintain high standards for the client. This is a full-time role based in Chandler, AZ supporting our food service operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food systems or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day FOH and micro kitchen activities.
• Support scheduling, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with SERV Safe and HACCP standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Assist with catering coordination and front-of-house operations as needed.
