Job summary

ISS Guckenheimer is seeking an experienced FOH Supervisor in the United States. The role focuses on front-of-house and micro-kitchen supervision, delivering high-quality customer service, and leading the team to meet safety and service standards.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, coordinating with the General Manager or Food Service Manager, and ensuring adherence to SERV Safe and HACCP programs while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food systems with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage staff.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SERV Safe and HACCP guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day to day front-of-house support and micro kitchen activities.
• Schedule staff and assign duties as directed by management.
• Ensure compliance with SERV Safe and HACCP standards.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and address service needs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
